Ltd,” a Company incorporated under Companies Act, 2013 provides the Mobile application “Fitzen,” which strives to provide a seamless experience to the fitness enthusiasts by connecting them with trainers and nutritionists to help them shed weight, build muscle and get back to living a healthy lifestyle.
In order to provide you with a seamless experience and to enable you to avail our services as detailed under our Terms of Use, we collect and process the following information:
Nature and Categories of Data that you provide:
We collect the following information from you in order to provide our services
- Account Information: When you create your account we collect the information provided by you such as your name ,your last name, your email address, your phone number or any other optional data fields that you voluntarily provide.
- Network information: When you install, access or use our services we collect network-specific information such as, mobile network, connection information including whether you are using wifi or cellular data.
- Device Location: We collect your device geographical location through GPS, Wifi or bluetooth.
- Messages: When you want to talk to other users in your community, you can do the same through our exclusive chat interface. Any message exchanged between you and the other users is stored on our systems to enable you to access the messages when required by you.
- Health: We collect certain health information that you voluntarily provide to customise the fitness plan based on your health condition.
Why do we collect the data provided by you:
- We collect your account information to enable you to use our Mobile applications and services, without providing your account information, you will not be able to login-in or access our Mobile application and services.
- We collect your network-specific information to connect your account with our servers in order to provide you with a seamless experience.
- We collect your device location to enable you to connect you with your nearest trainers.
Whom do we share your Data with
Your data is stored with us and is only processed by us. We currently do not share your data with any private/third party vendors. Any change in our data sharing practices in the future will be intimated to you and you may review our revised policy and consent to our revised data sharing practices.
How do we store and retain your Data
We store your data on a dedicated cloud with high-end security systems and store it as long as you wish to avail our services. The moment you delete your account, the information collected by us will be deleted instantly. Please read our ‘Delete Data’ section below to understand the steps to delete your account.
What Privacy controls do you have
We want you to understand that you are the master of your data and that you have complete control over it. To assure you of the same, we provide you with tools and mechanisms in order to manage your data on our application.
- Review your Data: We understand that you may want to review the data provided by you from time to time. To do the same, you may visit your profile, where all the information provided by you will be displayed.
- Edit/Amend your Data: We provide you with tools that enable you to amend the information provided by you. For example, if you wish to change your phone number or email address provided by you during registration, the same can be edited/amended by availing our edit option.
- Delete your Data: When you no longer wish to use our services, you can discontinue by deleting your account from our application. To delete You may reach out to us at contact@fitzeners.com to initiate your account deletion process.
How do we operate or Transfer your Data
We do not share your data internally or with third party partners/vendors outside India. Any change in our data transfer sharing practices in the future will be intimated to you and you may review our revised policy and consent to our revised data transfer practices.
How do we Protect and safeguard your information:
- That information collected from you is saved and stored on servers which are password protected to ensure there is no unauthorised access to it. We strictly adhere to security guidelines to ensure to protect your data that is in our possession.
- We store your information over secure cloud service providers who offer security standards competitive with the industry norms. We also protect our servers using SSL, and information access authorization controls. We take all the reasonable measures to preserve the integrity and security of the Mobile application and your information that is in our possession.
- We have adopted all reasonable safeguards as mandated by the applicable law in order to protect your information. The information provided by you is stored only in the servers of India.
- Despite our best practices of safeguarding your information, You understand and accept that there is no guarantee that data transmission over the Internet will be completely secure and that any information that You transmit to Us is at Your own risk. We assume no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission issues, unauthorized third-party access to our Platform and data bases or other acts of third parties or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control and you shall not be entitled to hold the Company responsible for any breach of security except in case of wilful negligence on the part of the Company.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We process your information based on the consent you expressly grant to us at the time we collect such data. In case we change our Privacy Policy which further changes the way we process and manage your data, we will notify and give you an opportunity to review the revised Policy before you choose to proceed with our services.

Please note that Grievance redressal portal addresses only the issues related to the way we process and manage your data on our Mobile application and in no way, can address the issues that you may have with Trainers or Nutritionists and how you interact with them on our Mobile application.
